Resident Evil Revelations 2 Review | IGN

Added: 20.03.2015 11:23 | 12 views | 0 comments

IGN: Although Resident Evil Revelations 2 doesn't recapture old glory or reach new heights for the series, it contains moments of inspiration where its action-adventure gameplay and mostly compelling mystery plot marry together beautifully. Capcoms horror doesn't frighten, but as an action-adventure its elevated by this occasional synergy, and the excellent bonus Raid mode.

tGI - Resident Evil Revelations 2 Review

Added: 20.03.2015 11:23 | 14 views | 0 comments

tGI says: "The Resident Evil series has fallen on hard times. What once was a franchise that would go on to help define the horror genre itself in 1996, only to then redefine it once 2005, is now showing a real lack of direction... Enter Resident Evil Revelations 2, a sequel to the 3DS hit that brought things back to its horror focused roots sort of. Is this second nightmare a step in the right direction for the franchise?"

Neil writes "The first episode of Resident Evil Revelations 2 ended with me wanting more. More puzzles, more Claire, more Barry and more mutants. Can the second episode, 'Contemplation', progress the story in Revelations 2 enough to keep us interested?"

Noobfeed : After another cliffhanger, Resident Evil Revelations 2: Episode 4: Metamorphosis is finally here to cut any dangling threads left by the other three episodes. Youve survived the prison, escaped the village of monsters, and successfully enter the tower that houses the Overseer. While Capcom has taken an excellent shot at the finale, the final sprint toward the end is filled with bumps and gaps along the road.
